Art of Healing Touch (AOHT) is a local provider of therapeutic and relaxation bodywork. AOHT offers therapeutic massage, stress relief programs and on-site massage events to address problematic aspects which hinder our abilities to truly achieve and impact our goals. AOHT offers the following modalities deep tissue, relaxation, myofascial release, trigger point release, lymphatic drainage and energy work. We also offer individual coaching sessions and tai chi. Manual therapy provided by Art of Healing Touch is well suited as a complementary modality for chiropractic work.
Our goal is to become the premier provider of massage therapy service catering to residents living and working in the City of Chicago; targeting Hyde Park and adjacent neighborhoods. To promote the use of massage therapy services as an effective solution to reduce stress in the workplace thereby saving lives. Massage is beneficial to maintain optimal health and decrease the negative impact of stress on our lives.

Covid Update: Practicing Covid Awareness, Therapist may choose to wear masks during sessions, Temperature may be taken upon arrival if client exhibits signs of sickness, Hand Sanitation requested before session and if hands go anywhere near mouth/nose during session. If travel occurs prior to appointment request of negative covid test maybe asked for before appointment can take place. This Covid update remains in effect as of 4/20/25. No temperature is required however if you have recently traveled or are under the weather please reschedule your appointment.
To promote a positive experience please respect the boundaries of the therapist. This is a healing practice and we appreciate clients that are respectful of our boundaries. New client appointments require an initial phone conversation with therapist. These are generally scheduled between 9:30 am and 11:30 am on Thursdays. NO exceptions
